Saturday 1st October sees American Football hit London in a big way. The following day Jacksonville Jaguars play Indianapolis Colts at Wembley Stadium and a prelude to this are the Saturday events at both Regent Street and Wembley Stadium itself.

‘NFL on Regents Street’ is now in its 4th year, and is an event that attracts 600,000 visitors during the day. Regent Street is between Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus and is closed to traffic. There will be music, displays, cheerleaders, appearances and all manner of fun and games.

The Saturday event at Wembley Stadium is named the ‘Tailgate Party’ and is a similar event to Regent Street. It’s free to attend and starts at 9.30am.

Three weeks after the Jaguars/Colts game, the New York Giants play the LA Rams. This is also at Wembley (Sun 23rd Oct).
